Program Details

This course is designed to engage the dancer at every level, from beginner to the more advanced. Throughout the progression of this course students can expect to considerably increase their flexibility, stamina, and coordination. Each class follows the traditional jazz format: warm-up focusing on body isolations, strength, control, and endurance. Leading into expansive and energetic across the floor combinations, and ending with expressive and always highly musical final phrase.
